1. Introduction and Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Dong Taivung ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of our website, algorithmic trading analytics, autonomous trade signal automation, and associated software tools (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account, accessing our platform, or utilising any associated intelligence tools, you certify that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Services.

2. Eligibility and Regulatory Scope

To access Dong Taivung, you must be at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age of majority within your domestic jurisdiction. You represent that your engagement with computational crypto and digital asset tooling complies with the laws, statutory instruments, and financial regulations applicable in your country of residence.

Users residing in jurisdictions where algorithmic derivatives, digital asset CFDs, or automated crypto trading are restricted by local statutory prohibitions are strictly prohibited from using our live trading infrastructure. It is your sole obligation to verify territorial legality prior to accessing the platform.

3. Nature of the Service (Non-Advisory)

Dong Taivung provides computational market intelligence, quantitative execution algorithms, and autonomous technical analytics. The platform does NOT provide regulated financial advice, personal investment recommendations, asset management, or fiduciary services.

All automated indicators, calculation engines, statistical modeling, backtests, and algorithmic signals are delivered strictly for technical enablement and educational evaluation. Any trade executed, whether manually initiated or automated through connected broker APIs, is conducted under your sole discretion and operational risk.

4. Account Credentials and User Responsibilities

When creating an account with Dong Taivung, you agree to:

• Provide genuine, current, and verifiable account details during authentication;
• Preserve the confidentiality of your credentials, multi-factor tokens, and API secret keys;
• Accept sole responsibility for all activity, transactions, and execution orders triggered under your authentication profile;
• Promptly notify our technical administration team if you discover unauthorised access, security compromises, or API leakages.

We retain the explicit right to suspend, terminate, or restrict account permissions if fraudulent behaviour, abusive system polling, or violation of regulatory compliance is detected.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All visual designs, algorithm models, underlying codebases, neural architecture presets, proprietary indicators, and documentation on the Dong Taivung domain are the exclusive property of Dong Taivung and protected under international copyright, trademark, and trade-secret statutes.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the interface for personal trading automation. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, license, scrape, or extract our algorithmic logic without explicit prior written authorization.

6. Subscription Billing, Fees, and Third-Party Brokers

Certain advanced modules, low-latency execution conduits, and predictive intelligence layers may require licensing fees or software subscriptions. All fee schedules are made visible prior to plan activation. Independent liquidity providers, exchange venues, or partnered brokers may levy distinct network gas fees, swap fees, or execution commissions for which Dong Taivung holds zero accountability.

Dong Taivung does not custody fiat capital or directly operate as a banking repository; client funding arrangements are facilitated strictly through partnered regulated brokerage interfaces.

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any variety, whether express, statutory, or implied. Dong Taivung disclaims any warranty that operations will remain uninterrupted, latency-free, or devoid of mathematical anomalies.

To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law in the United Kingdom and relevant jurisdictions, Dong Taivung, its directors, engineers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential losses, including lost profits, liquidations, network outages, slippage, or computational execution delays arising from the use of our services.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory local statutory provisions dictate alternative administrative resolution.

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms periodically to reflect technological changes, system updates, or statutory requirements. Continued use of the platform after updates take effect implies agreement to the updated terms.
